We will be holding our Summer BBQ on Saturday (14th August), the party will be held at Alicia’s sister’s house (the same location that it has been for the past couple of years).
An e-mail will follow to members with the address.
If you need directions then please either ask myself or Ali who will be able to advise.
Can you please let me or the Committee know at the latest by the end of Thursday (12th August) so that we have enough time to organise how much food etc we will need. Please also advise if you have any dietary requirements.
The cost will be £15 per person which will include food & drinks, if any children/juniors want to join as well then the cost will be £5 for them.
The party will start at 3pm until late.
There will also be a sheet at club on Thursday if you want to advise if you are attending then.
