Welcome to Sunbeams!
Sunbeams Badminton Club was formed in 1948. Originally we played in Douzaine rooms/village halls, before graduating at the Old Market Halls. We moved to Rohais when it opened in 1964 and we are one of the oldest clubs in the island.
Sunbeams is a mixed ability club and welcomes new members adults and juniors. We are friendly and welcoming and are always willing to help any new members to settle in and improve their game.
Sunbeams is a member of the Guernsey Badminton Association, which is the governing body for Badminton in the island. We are also affiliated to Badminton England.

- Full adult membership for the season starting from September through to April.

- Full junior membership for the season starting from September through to April.

Visitor Fees
- Not sure if badminton is right for you? Then our visitor fee is the perfect choice! For just £6 or £4 for juniors you can come and join us for our club night. No pressure to join – just a fun and friendly place to play badminton!
Shuttles for purchase
- We have shuttles available to purchase from our club shop. Speak to one of our members of the committee to purchase.
